From prominent estate in Southern California, family lived in Italy and acquired many vintage pieces and brought them back to the US. All original. Beautiful pair of vintage Hans J. Wegner CH24 “Wishbone” chairs in ebonized oak and woven paperboard seats. Very good vintage condition the seats have recently been re-woven with period correct pattern and weaving. Very very slight wear to edge of one of the backrests and on leg, otherwise very good. The chairs also bear the stamped emblem on the underside. These are NOT NEW chairs, they are vintage original pieces from the 50’s. Measures 22″ W x 21″ D x 28″ H x 17″ Seat Height.
Set of 6 Limited Edition Charles Eames for Herman Miller DCM in Tri-Color Hairy Hide, 1998. This rare set of DCM chairs were only produced for a short period of time and were a part of the Herman Miller Select Program. Offered for Holiday only for a few short seasons, these beautiful original chairs have an unusual tri-color cowhide seat and back and the chrome is in very good condition. Shock mounts are intact and none are loose. They all retain their original glider feet and all have the same labels and assembly date of Feb. 14, 2000, which shows that they were a special order/limited edition, with the actual chair produced in 1998. Even those chairs are over 20 years old, they are in excellent original condition.
